Dr. Prochaska was SO helpful to me when I found him to treat my elderly mother who was in a nursing home back in 2002-3. She had 2 strokes that caused brain damage and "overnight" Alzheimers symptoms. I had a partial knee replacement during that time that caused neuropathy unphased by the opiates my surgeon prescribed. I too started seeing Dr. Prochaska about the anxiety caused from my mother's pitiful & sudden condition. Dr. P gave me a sample of Neurontin for my knee pain and WOW, that shocking pain in my knee was gone! Also, he prescribed Cymbalta for neuropathic pain and anxiety which also helped me deal with my mother for the following 3 years that she lived as a virtual vegetable. I am still taking Cymbalta now many years later. We moved to TX 13 years ago and I found that Dr. Prochaska is still in practice. He was a great help to me, and my mother, during a bad time in our lives and I will always be grateful for his help. read more
