We came to Progress MD because my husband wanted a small neck symbol removed that he got when he was 17. Lydia was so helpful. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and walked us through the process step-by-step. She's very relatable and definitely a people person. We just loved interacting with her. While the actual process wasn't exactly pleasant, due the pain of the laser (but that's what happens when you get a silly tattoo at the age of 17) we did love our experience!
