During Family Weekend, we headed to Protocol for dinner. Our son order the smash burger which was devoured quickly. We also had the duck confit burger over lettuce, the acorn squash soup, the fall tagine (not pictured), and the sweet corn arepas. The dishes are arranged in order of how much I enjoyed them -- The duck really was the stand out as it wasnt greasy as duck can sometimes be -- but delightfully flavorful. My husband ordered the Passionate Presbyterian because of the name alone! The server was pleasant too despite the place being quite busy on a Friday evening. read more
