Had a cool night at the Providence G Pub but make sure you check open table before walking in. When we got there we were told the dining room was full, even though it looked empty so i decided to hope on open table and they had all the times available. So i reserved a table and was able to get in. The atmosphere is college bar- loud and young, but nothing bad about that when your looking for fun. Def come here for the beer the cocktail options are ok but wish they had more. The service was a little slow but again it was a Saturday night during a Celtics game so understandable. Thank you to the host for pulling up and getting our orders once they realized we had been waiting a while. Now the food, i must say i was pleasantly surprised with the nachos. They were crispy, hot and tasty. We added pulled pork which was great! They batter their own cod, which was hot and flaky! Delicious! The dogs were good but i think I'll skip next time since they were a bit much for me and i felt the flavors could've been richer. All in all pretty good. read more
