I had to swing by PSEG/National Grid to take care of some business and to my surprise it was completely empty inside! I had to look around to make sure I was in the right place and it just so happened that I was (timing is everything)! The first customer service agent to assist me at PSEG was Mary, she was efficient but her demeanor was distant and she seemed as if she wanted to do her eight hours and go home. She got the job done and I was sent to another agent named Omar for National Grid, he was great! Omar was quick efficient and did his job with a smile! All in all it was a pleasant experience especially since I was in and out 15 minutes! read more
