I stopped by recently and I was pretty surprised. This place is located in Plano right off of Ave. K, in the same shopping center as the Plano Police Department and Jin's Korean BBQ, so it's a bit upscale, open, lit, and clean. The signage on the outside is a bit faded and needs replaced, but luckily it appears the owner put that money into the machines inside, where it counts. Everything is stainless steel and industrial sized, and it looks new. The bathrooms are super clean, there's an attendant to answer questions, two TVs, a juke box, some arcade games, and nice potted plants to keep things colorful. The attendant even said they do laundry drop off service, and during my time there, it appeared that several people were regulars, because they were conversing with her and she knew them by name. The day I went, the temperature inside was very nice as well - not cold, not hot. Good airflow. I would definitely recommend over the other coin op places I used in the past in Garland. read more
