Rented me a unit with a cut hasp that could not be locked. They initially charged me an "Admin (Move In) fee of $29. When I called to ask for a different unit they did not return my call or make any changes as requested, and do not answer the phone for 3 days now straight. Corporate refuses to give me the same fall sale rate on the new unit because I was 'not a new customer'. Cancelled my rental outright but they refuse to refund the move in fee and now I must engage my bank to recover it. Thanks for wasting my time and renting me a unit that was not fit for rental to begin with. It was fun taking all my stuff there to discover I could not lock the unit, and then take it all back. Cost me 4 hours of time, which is far more valuable than their admin fee for doing NOTHING. Avoid this place at all costs, they couldn't care less about security or their customers. read more
