Absolutely disgusting. Found mountains of RAT poop, a DEAD RAT and COCKROACHES after 7.5 months of use. (August to mid-March). DO NOT USE THEM. I did not store any food and it was evident thIS management team does not treat for varmints. The rats were nesting in my furniture, it stunk and some of my items looked like the rates had just let diarrhea go everywhere. If you mange this property you should be ashamed of yourself. They didn't give a hint that they had any varmint issues when I moved in, even when I asked them. Luckily I had a bag around my mattress. Spent about 4 hours cleaning all of my furniture. Ohh and if you get a good monthly rate, they will bump the monthly rate 10 bucks after a few months and claim it's for increased facility management. Lol. read more
