I know it's convenient to have groceries delivered during a pandemic, but come on people! Not once, nor twice, not even thrice this Publix's Instacart shopper messed up on items that I ordered through the Publix App. And just be aware that not only they disclaim they charge more money on Instagram than in store prices (to cover the expense of Instagram), but could not follow directions on replacement items if not in stock, but couldn't follow simple instructions on picking out meats. Which means little to no effort was given and to think I still have them gratuity. Take die instance the corn that is pictured. Is it so hard to pull down a bit on the husk to reveal that it would be at least edible? Again little to no effort. And I reported it to Instacart, which informed me that they would have a rep to contact me concerning my issues. l have yet to hear from management nor an apology from both companies. read more
