The Bakery here is Amazing! I procrastinated on my daughters 11th birthday cake trying to find the perfect cake (I'm usually such a planner) The day before her party someone told me that Publix will make cakes off of any picture that you have. I called and spoke with Lindsey who was so sweet and knew exactly what I wanted over the phone. She really went above and beyond! When I picked the cake up, I was amazed it was perfect and soooo cute! The cake was super moist and the icing wasn't overly sweet! My daughter was so excited over this cake!
