Complaint 1 - Our rooms weren't ready by the time they were supposed to be ready Complaint 2 - Our balcony door got stuck and we couldn't shut it, concierge had to Complaint 3 - There was a cockroach in our bathroom Complaint 4 - There were no robes in the closet Complaint 5 - $25/day for parking at the hotel if you're a guest... really? I wouldn't rate this as 4-5 stars, I wouldn't rate it as 3. I've stayed in daggier looking hotels and never had the pleasure of seeing a cockroach look up at me as I sat down on the toilet seat with what looked like gleam in his eye. I've never had to ring the hotel to ask for robes either. Not sure if I would be back, and I am not too sure I would ever recommend this. The carpet is old and dirty, the rooms are daggy and the balcony view sucks. You're looking at what seem like shrubbery and a concrete back turbine area of the hotel.
