Pur & Simple is such a cute breakfast spot. This location was honestly super bustling when I went. I've been to this one and the Heartland location before, and both are really nicely done. They have beautiful decorations and such a nice open concept. I love how the natural light flows through the restaurant, it makes everything feel bright and lively. The decor is really pretty, lots of green touches, and just overall really good energy inside. The food was yummy. We tried the breakfast poutine and the fried chicken eggs benedict, which were both unique and different from your typical breakfast options. Everything tasted fresh and good quality. The only thing I'd say is the portions felt a bit small, it wasn't the most filling meal especially for the price. Still really tasty though, just not super heavy. Service was nice and the staff were kind, but it was very slow and not super attentive. It was packed in there, which probably explains it, but it did make the experience feel a little drawn out. Overall though, it's a really cute spot with good vibes and solid food. Definitely a nice place to go for a fun breakfast or brunch. read more
