Had an awesome morning at Purify! I'm hooked to contrast therapy, and this place did not disappoint. It was super clean, modern, and the staff was accommodating and helpful in answering all of my questions. They provide you with everything you need - towels, makeup wipes, towelettes, and even hair ties. My room came with an infrared sauna and cold plunge tub. The sauna had adjustable temperature and light settings. The sauna could go up to 150F and the tub was set at 45F. In my 60 minute appointment, I was able to do three sauna and three cold plunge sessions, so it was the perfect amount of time. I really love that I get the room to myself, so I could move freely between the sauna and tub. There is both a timer and digital clock, so you can time your sessions yourself.
