My daughter and I came in and thankfully no wait. We came at 330 on a Sunday. We told them we wanted matching nails. They were nice in the beginning then did a complete 180. They didn't ask us what package we wanted or anything. They just kept doing different things and adding it on without asking such as scrubs, massaging, and so much more. They didn't even come close to what we asked for. The gentleman went to add jewels and I told him no and he argued with me and added glitter anyways.
