Had my Mercedes serviced by them and a few days later noticed a burning oil smell so I decided to look under my vehicle and sure enough I had a puddle of oil in my garage and oil was all over the underside. I called them and the older lady told me to bring it in right away, so I did. I then sat waiting for over an hour in their waiting room before they could even start looking at my vehicle. Turns out they forget to tighten the oil drain plug, something as simple as that should have not been forgotten, especially since my Mercedes was only at their shop for an oil change! To make things worse they left the bottom of my vehicle covered in oil. The older lady at the front desk was very rude to me and acted like it was not a big deal.
