I agree with the other reviewer, this place really WAS a great place. Five years ago the gentleman (no longer there) that helped replace my windshield did an outstanding job. He respected my car interior and the windshield replacement was done beautifully. I just had a entirely different windshield replacement experience. The guy who replaced it scratched my NEW windshield with perhaps a piece of glass that somehow got into my windshield wiper and ran the wiper blades leaving a new scratch across the windshield resulting in yet another windshield replacement which they offered to replace. When I sat inside my car I noticed a black glob of sticky residue where the rear view mirror meets up to the windshield. He also broke the rearview mirror adaptor part as it now looks like it was previously broken and tried to be put back as best as possible. As I continued to look around I noticed greasy finger tips ALL OVER. A big black hand mark where he touched on the inside of the upholstered frame. A tool that was used on my dash that left two gash marks which the idiot tried to just blame on my car falling apart. It was detailed before I brought it in to them and not full of gash marks and little bits of dash all over. More black grease residue throughout the front the car. He was rude and took zero accountability. In summation the car is WORSE off than before I brought it in. I paid my $100. Deductible and asked for a refund since they already got their labor and windshield replacement $$ from my insurance co, I think my waste of time and the disrespect Of my car interior would compel them to refund my deductible so I can actually get my windshield replaced PROPERLY. Of course they refused but not without telling my husband he needs to come down to the shop and show them what they apparently can't see as a bad job. What a HORRIBLE waste of time and money and I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Please do yourself a favor and find a better business to take your car and $$ to, this one should be OUT of business. read more
