Nice hotel in general. VERY slow elevator. Walking up the steps is easier and faster. First hotel in a long time that actually had a listing of local eateries and a TV channel listing!! In the bathroom, there is a what I construed as a night light! Very handy! Bed was very comfortable, and the parking lot encircles the whole hotel, so there's ample spaces for everyone plus good lighting! A wheeled luggage cart is available. We found the front desk is not always manned but they do come out eventually so there must be a webcam somewhere to advise them of a guest needing assistance. Hotel located very close to the highway, shops and eateries, plus the downtown area. The morning breakfast is done at 9am, consisting of self-made small or a larger waffle sizes, plus two types of syrup, along with sausages, and more. The room was very clean, and room cleaning is by request. We booked this hotel due to its proximity to Watkins Glen SP and the Arcade, NY vintage railroad.
