Richie the manager and his crew are honest, friendly. In one case, I had a leaking air conditioner (condenser coils) which also leaked power steering fluid (same 'radiator' unit). They replaced parts and when that didn't solve it, they replaced the entire system (A/C) inside and out. They honestly did not charge for all the extra work and parts (saving over thousand). All work completed in a few days! Since they felt responsible for misdiagnosis. They gave me a quote in detail before the work, so I knew what to expect. After quickly replacing the part, we noticed the A/C was leaking again. Richie's team evaluated possible causes, discussed in detail with me and provided an estimate. They took apart the inside dash compartment, replaced A/C line + evaporator core + heater core. The problem was still leaking. They warranty (no charge) replaced parts and didn't charge me more.
