Seems that they overbook their appointments, if you work or pressed on time and expect to get out there at a decent time don't go here. The last two visits I arrived a little early, which was a total waste of time because they were over 30 minutes late on appointments. I then had to wait for a more experience phlebotomist because I'm a hard draw so I was there for over an hour and a half which included 15 minutes of me getting there early....but still. I have been here and been poked four times just to get my order filled so this last time even though I had to wait a long time for an experience phlebotomist, I only got poked once which was a win. Beware it's definitely hitting us here. I wouldn't come if you need to be out of here by a certain time. I've also noticed the last two times I've been there. There has been no parking as well, so if you wanna save some time and frustration, I'd choose another location or go to LabCorp. read more
