I use Quest Labs about six times a year, and have seen some good improvements since my last review. I always book an appointment, and I'm usually called in within 5 minutes of the appointment time. The staff are also more friendly than they were in the past. But what I like most is the Quest app. Booking an appointment in the app is quick and easy, and I get my results usually within 24 hrs.
