Bad process. Came in to drop off and you still need an appointment to do so?! Came in at 12pm and the next available was at 3 or you can wait in a room filled with people.
Not very efficient. I give one star only because the person at the front desk was nice enough to spare a min to explain the process.
I understand if I'm giving blood samples but a drops off?! All items are labeled and all info is attached . There is no need for contact. Waste of time. read more
