Absolutely horrible. Zero customer service. Go anywhere but this place. I dropped in as a walk-in for lab and was told 30 to 60 minute wait. After waiting nearly 90 minutes the woman comes in and lock the door from the inside and goes back to station where there's two people getting blood drawn...she then come back after 5 minutes to let the person out and asks If i have a question. A question? Yeah, why am I being told 60 minutes I've been here for 90 minutes and now I'm locked in with no explanation... she then tells me I'll have to come back to get labs. Thanks so much for wasting an hour and a half of my day that I paid a babysitter for. Y'all are absolutely terrible. read more
