I've never had to go to any quest labs in a very long time so I decided to yelp a few and this one was no different than the others. This specific clinic in Pasadena had availability to schedule an appointment. So I came and did the express check in at 12:58pm but appointment was scheduled for 1:10pm. Got called in at 1:37pm and found out there is only 2 people working due to the usual staffing issues. So basically the take away is don't do the express check in because it's pointless and as you can see by the photo the monitor works just fine but they choose not to show the wait times because they know it's pointless with only 2 people working. So my rating will be based on the overall experience while understanding the wait time issue. Side note the other yelp reviews make it sound like they been short staffed almost a year so really I think I should be giving them a 3 star not 4. read more
