I have been coming here for years with no problems in the last 2 months I noticed a staff change in phlebotomists. I don't know the name of the 2 new african American ladies (one with long braids and young and the other older) but they are not well trained/skilled! They dig the needle around under the skin which left me with a bruise! I hope it goes away. The best phlebotomist was a African American guy that worked there shortly that was ex-military, you didn't even feel the needle! All the Spanish ladies were good also. Is there a way to know who's working on what day so I know when to go? If the 2 african American ladies are the only ones working there, I'll try not to go back. Also, the younger lady was looking at her cell phone and answered a call after registering me. read more
