The women who was working this morning was very rude to people waiting in the waiting room. After she called me in a women in the waiting room asked a question and the technician just shut the door on her and walked away. When she took me in to the office she was slamming everything and noticeable upset about something. She hurt my arm so bad that I have a huge bruise after my golf ball sized bump went away. I did nothing to this women to deserve this. I was kind and very polite to her. read more
