Went in for an alignment they were friendly and nice when i arrived. They continued to be that way throughout the whole transaction and pickup. Only thing is i never got a call when it was finished, had to come around closing time to see if it was ready. When i did pick up my truck, it didn't look any different and still had some obvious positive camber, they told me they "got the closest they could", told me i needed Camber/caster bolts. Upon further research they are not required for an alignment for my truck at all.(2016 f-150 fx4) Literally feels like I just threw $100 in the garbage, because now i have to pay another shop $100-150 for another alignment so they can get it right.
