when I play the lottery I sometimes put my phone on the counter, I couldn't find my phone and I went back to Quick Stop inman ave Edison and asked this man if I left it, I asked him only one time and he said no. I then asked him if the camera works, he said rudely no, I asked him if the camera worked again because I couldn't believe they would have cameras everywhere but they not work, then he said that he doesn't have the code, I asked him who does and he said the manager, I then asked him for the manager's name and number and he was all along getting upset with me and the questions that it took for me to find my phone. There was a woman behind me waiting to play the lottery, he takes his hand and he waves me out the way and calls her up while I'm standing there still talking to him. I didn't move and I told him that he is still helping me and I asked for the manager's number again and he said with a loud voice I don't know what you asking for the manager for I told you four times your phone is not there!!!, my husband stepped in and said just because you said it's not there doesn't mean it wasn't taken that he doesn't know what could have happened on the other side of the counter like a customer coming behind me and taking it. The woman behind me was nice and said let her go ahead me playing the lottery is gonna take a long time. The quick store worker was very upset and very rude I did not curse I did not raise my voice I was simply following the steps it takes to find my phone. The same steps it would take if he thought he lost his phone there, he would not go away just because the store clerk said they didn't see it!!! From now on I will play my lottery at Wawa, they offer a bathroom and friendlier service and they don't get upset the way this guy did, wawa has better customer service!!! I guess that's why Quick Stop already had a 2.0 rating! read more
