Have been to many Quickly's in the bay area and sacramento so i would consider myself pretty knowledgeable, though it has been a few years since Ive visited one. The space is designed differently than other Quickly's I have visited. It certainly doesn't have the same "chain" feel I've experienced at others. There were a steady flow of customers in the late afternoon but not too busy. My order took some time to arrive and others who ordered after me were served first. Staff prepped items, made other orders, even took breaks while I waited for my order (20 minutes) of a milk tea and lumpia. The woman who i assume is the manager seemed to be stressed at times, speaking curtly to staff. Though all of the employees were friendly. The milk tea was just as delightful as i remember. The lumpia was hot and fresh and better than some that i've had before. They were out of crab rangoon and next time i'd like to try the chicken katsu as that is my typical order. I hope to visit again and give a better review as they nail some things down. Grand openings are stressful so I will give them grace for that. read more
