I recently visited Ragin' Hog BBQ on a frigid February evening, just before closing time. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this family-owned restaurant prioritizes excellent customer service. The friendly lady at the counter patiently assisted us with our orders, even as I made several adjustments. I was particularly impressed with their Green Chili Stew, which offered a unique and satisfying flavor for my taste buds. Additionally, I was able to combine a 1/2 rack of ribs with brisket and burnt ends to create a one-pound meal. While the burnt ends and ribs were cooked to perfection, the brisket could have benefited from being warmer and less dry. However, this minor issue did not detract from my overall positive experience. The interior is adorned with an array of stunning artworks that add to the overall aesthetic.
