I am visiting Toronto from out of town, so I picked Rainbow Nails based on the cute name and the proximity to where I happened to be. I did not make an appointment and they accommodated me for a regular manicure right away. I pick at my cuticles and fingers because of an anxiety disorder and I sort of just decided to try to take care of my nails in an attempt to stop. I let Karen know this and she was so, so nice about it. She made sure I was comfortable when trimming my cuticles and checked in with me a few times to make sure that she wasn't hurting my hands.
