This Review is for DoerrStudios We purchased a gift certificate from one of the school fund raising auction event long time before. Attached photo. Talked to the DoerrStudio and get the family portrait session done last year. After photo session....They tried to sell us other portraits too with a price like one piece ~ $100 something. I was really interested to take couple of them because of my little daughter cute pics but soon told NO when they told us to sign a bunch of contractual papers. I realized I can't pay them so much high price and that's something not that great a quality what she showed me. This was 2015 summer ....so after lot of conversation back and forth we finally were decided as in the gift card and they will just send me my 5x7.....But it is going to be another full year and I am yet to receive my portrait. I called them in Feb 2016 and she responded first time saying oh...she couldn't recognize me...she has sent portrait ...must be lost..... Really!! I believe our USPS postman more than you. And I requested to resend the portrait....next I have called 5 times already in last 2 months but just no response afterwards...Absolutely nothing....seriously...??? A friendly reminder....PLEASE DON'T ISSUE THIS TYPE PF GIFT CARDS AND WASTE OUR TIMES IF YOU CANNOT HONOR YOUR OWN WORDS!! read more
