We were referred here by our Rain Gutter company and decided to go to visit their showroom and the people who work there are super nice, helpful and kind. The showroom had so many rain chains to choose from. You can see the difference by touching and feeling the varied materials used, some more heavy duty others more light weight and you get a sense of the design and construction more granular than looking at a website or catalog.
