I have never been before. It was recommended by Katalina, a restaurant on the next block which I absolutely LOVE by the way. I was in the mood for a great coffee or matcha before a long road trip and so I went over to it. They had ceremonial matcha so matcha it was....cannot do all that sugar. The Barista was exceptionally friendly and very informative. Love that he took the time to check if the match was truly ceremonial. He made the drink with quite some expertise using the traditional methods of whisking in a bowl. I added a touch of pistachio syrup just to make it a bit different for the ride. Tasting it was NOT a disappoint....it was DELICIOUS. The place had a lot of indoor seating and it is very bohemia-ish in the decor. They appear to really connect with the local community in their agenda as well. There were different programs you could be a part of. All around excellent....there is a lot a few food items to pick from but I dod not try any of those this time around. I would definitely return. read more
