I've been using Ryan since 2017. He has done numerous jobs for me since then including remodeling two bathrooms (new tub, tile and all plumbing), building me a walk in pantry, floors in two of my houses, replaced my front door and several of my windows, moving a hot water heater, relocating the plumbing in my mountain cabin because I was moving the kitchen from one side of the house to the other. He has been great to work with. If I ever had any issues with any of the work Ryan was ALWAYS happy to fix it and did not quit until I was happy. I was quite surprised to see the negative review left by another customer claiming that Ryan did not disclose that he is unlicensed. Surprised because Ryan had asked me if he could use me as a reference as he had a customer who was leary about using an unlicensed person. I remember speaking to this gentleman and actually still have the voicemail that he left. He wanted to know the quality of the work Ryan did because he wanted to hire him and had concerns about him not having a license. I told him my experience with Ryan and that I was always happy and that my only negative with Ryan was that sometimes jobs took longer than expected, but that Ryan always did what he promised. I also find it interesting that he knows so much about the laws regarding unlicensed contractors yet didn't check with the state board to verify a license prior to hiring him???? I've purchased a new home and am about to need his services again and would not hesitate to call on him. read more
