My experience w/ Raul was one in which he displayed a concerning display of unprofessional conduct, RC Roofing, had initially agreed to undertake a roof replacement but exhibited a dramatic and unexplained change in behavior upon learning that an insurance inspection was required. Despite having formally committed to the project through a signed contract, the contractor abruptly reneged on their obligation the moment they were informed about the insurance company's intention to examine the roof. This sudden and irrational reaction not only breached the terms of the agreement but also raised serious questions about the contractor's reliability and professionalism. Such behavior was not only inconvenient but also cast doubt on the contractor's credibility and trustworthiness in handling responsibilities that involve standard industry practices like insurance assessments. I called every roofing contractor in the Reno/Sparks area and soon realized that not only is RC Roofing extremely unprofessional and unreliable but also overpriced.
