Overall, the food was good and the portions were outstanding. Michelle/Michael was not our server. I believe he was a food runner helping with take out. He was very helpful and attentive. Our designated server had an off day I assume--tired, not friendly, no smiles, no enthusiasm, clearly did not want to be of service, and created an uncomfortable experience within 5 minutes of being seated at a cozy and comfortable booth. He yawned at our table as he brought bread. Never smiled, didn't take our orders correctly. Didn't repeat the order. Did not offer any dessert (maybe this place doesn't have any). And, not once checked up on us to see how we were feeling about our meal. When my wife called him over to order the Chicken Wings dish, he just had a blank stare. As he walked away I had to call him back to inquire about what dipping sauces were available. It was so baffling, we had to speak with the couple at the next booth about their experience. By the way, we order several dishes like, * Tuna Crudo * Chicken Wings * French Onion Soup * 1/2 Smoked Chicken * Crispy Shanghai Brussel Sprouts Just to be clear, the dishes were great and I wish we had an opportunity for dessert. Though my wife had visited a few times , this was my first time at Rivers Casino and RC Supply Co. Aside from the one server, others at the restaurant seemed nice, attentive to customers, with friendly smiles that I'm sure created a positive experience representing the RC Supply brand.
