The guy showed up to trim and prune my large black walnut tree with a tree pruner in a stick you can buy at Home Depot. Which I have one in the garage. He hacked off a few limbs let them fall right in n my lilac bushes that were about to bloom in a week. He broke many of the benches on those bushes. As for my tree it looks hacked up and he cut many of tue branches in tue middle vs the part near the other branch it forks from. He also didn't clean any of the little branches at the bottom of the tree. I had an arborist come out and they confirmed this was a total hack job. It's going to cost me $600 to clean up the proper way. I asked for a refund but wasn't granted it. The lack of care used in the job was astounding. Don't let this man on your property. read more
