This was a bad experience from the get go. The sales guy lied about everything from the financing and payments to the amount of time that would pass before the job was started. I discussed the job starting date with the owner Kevin. I was told 8 weeks, and it ended up being 12 weeks before they started. The result of the first bathroom is very poor. the shower pan is so small it leaves a huge gap between the shower and toilet where there was almost no gap with the previous shower. The plate behind the shower water handle is reversed. When it points to hot I get cold water. When it points to cold I get hot water. The 2nd bathroom remodel they tore up the concrete floor. Then they stopped work because the shower pan for that shower was cracked. The whole corner was broken off. So now after waiting 12 weeks I have to wait for a replacement shower pan. The installer was Vince and I don't blame any of the issues on him, he did an outstanding job installing the shower. Cosmetically the shower looks nice. The installer was a nice guy and he did go above and beyond to make sure it looked nice. I don't blame the installer. I blame the sales guy for measuring it wrong, and for spewing BS the whole time he was giving me the quote. Plus the shower head is trash and I was probably charged $60 for it. I replaced it with a $10 one that's 10x better. I just need my water pressure restored. read more
