Tom (photographer) and Glenn (videographer) were absolutely amazing. My husband was especially impressed with how organized and on top of things they were--using headsets to communicate throughout the day so nothing was missed. We had a few small timeline hiccups due to unforeseen traffic, and they handled everything with such calm professionalism, adjusting the photography timeline on the fly while keeping things moving smoothly. They were never overly "in your face," which we really appreciated, yet somehow still managed to capture the most beautiful, genuine moments.
