Based on previous reviews of this printing company, I initially tried out Red Dot for my aunt's memorial services (programs, signage and thank you cards). I am going on my third job and my experience with this business has far exceeded my expectations. The owner, Z, takes meticulous care of his clients. I appreciate that he goes the extra mile in customer satisfaction. He is incredibly quick, efficient, and mindful of client's budget. He is competitively priced. It gives me great pleasure in supporting a small business, particularly because the owner takes great care in keeping customers happy. As a small business, I have come to see that Z considers his work product as an extension of the company, and himself, and therefore his customers can always expect top quality. For my aunt's memorial, Z recommended a couple of different paper stock to achieve the look that I was going for. He has extensive knowledge of ink saturation and how the finished product will eventually appear on a particular kind of paper. He always reviews the image files for my print jobs. For my aunt's memorial, for example, he asked me if I had a higher resolution file to make her picture look sharper (I did not, but it turned out great anyhow).
