I am so glad that I brought my deer here to get it processed. They did an excellent job in a timely fashion. They were courteous and easy to get in touch with. I had my deer processed as followed 25% Regular smoked sausage, 25% Pineapple Pepper-jack smoked sausage, 25% Cheddar-Jalapeño smoked sausage and 25% Deer Ground. They also packaged the Backstrap of my Deer. Everything was vacuumed sealed and packaged properly. It was unbelievable how much meat I got bAck, I wasn't expecting it to be that much. The taste of the sausage is the best I've ever had, and growing up in Southern Louisiana I've had many. Thanks to Redline, I WILL DO BUISNESS AGAIN. P.S. The price is very reasonable. read more
