Unfortunately, the restaurant and bar do not have the same standards as the appearance of the Westin Hotel here at the airport. Service is subpar to the terminal restaurants which is a negative as they should have better service and quicker, rather than slower. Not short staffed from what I've observed, but noticed the gathering place for the servers is at the kitchen area. Suggestion, goto the restaurant rather than the bar if you'd rather get timely service. If it wasn't for the convenance of staying at the Westin and taking an early morning flight out...this def would not be my top 5 choices to stay.
