Brought my grandma here for an 11am appointment and wasn't seen under close to 1:10pm. By the time we checked out, it was 10 min shy of 2pm so total time spent was 3 hours. Better bring snacks if you're seeing the docs here... Will say Dr. Chen has great bedside manner but her phlebotomist who works Fridays can never find my grandmas vein. Not the first time either.. every time. They do take Medicaid so it's great but wait time is just atrocious. read more
