I decided to try this place because I saw a deal on Groupon. Best decision I ever made. The place is clean and feel cozy. I did two sessions. One for the sauna and one for the float. I started with the sauna session first I was brought to a small private room with a booth. The staff was very precise with all the information and what the benefits were in using their service for this session. The booth had a small pad like scree so you can watch Netflix, you tube or listen to music. It was great. The next session was also a private room with giant tube in which you float. There was a shower in the room for showering before and after your session. Ear bugs provided. You actually float in this tube without effort. I highly recommend using this place and any other like it. The feeling after was light feeling and fresh. Really rejuvenates and resets your body and spirit. It is an amazing experience. read more
