I purchased a Groupon for two 30-minute sauna sessions for $44. I called the spa to make a reservation and was able to immediately reserve Saturday at 10:30am. I came here with my sister to try it out. You walk in and it smells amazing inside. The reception area is really nice. The staff was very informative about the sauna and potential effects. He offered us water and explained the set up of the sauna. You get a room with a changing area and the sauna inside. It is private. You get a wrap towel and 3 cold towels to cool yourself down and clean up. In the sauna, you can watch Netflix or play music. We decided to listen to nature sounds. The sauna was 147 degrees. I was sweating! It felt great though. When the time runs out, the sauna shuts off. You can monitor your time on the iPad screen in the sauna. When we were done, we cleaned up and there was a hamper in the room to put all the dirty towels. We loved it so much we booked our next visit for the following Saturday.
