I have LOVED coming to this place over the last few months, some of the staff is amazing! The last 2 times I've been in have been a horrible experience. First was on the 4th of July weekend where I stopped with my wife to get an ice cream, sat in the drive through for quite a while (i was the only person in the drive through) finally pulled out, parked and went in only to find 2 employees shooting the breeze with 2 ladies and a total disregard for other customers. The ice cream were so small it was pitiful, the boy didn't act like he'd ever made an ice cream before. Then today I go order a chicken salad sandwich with everything and the little girl who looked like she could careless to be working today asks me, do you want ketchup and mustard? How ignorant can one person be? I detailed what exactly I wanted on my sandwich (this isn't the first time I've gotten these sandwiches so I know what everything means on a chicken salad sandwich at this place- lettuce, tomato and onion.) Once I got home I find 1 grape tomato cut in half on my sandwich, totally dismayed I called to only be told by the same darling that didn't give a damn that the owner told them to use them because they were out of tomato's... think it might dawn on someone to use more than 1 grape tomato?
