I'm a local and I've been coming here for years. I haven't had any issues until the new ownership. I've been realizing the single loads don't use hot water. I spoke with the clerk and he knew about the problem and couldn't give a real reason why it won't give hot water. Unless you select hot water and select heavy load to pay more! I have to pay more for hot water!? That's ridiculous!! I'll be speaking with my lawyers unless the owner reaches out directly to resolve this issue! read more
