Wow. This is the first time in awhile where I've been impressed with both the atmosphere and every single dish ordered as a first visit. It's a hidden gem as it's a bit further out from the tourist hubs. The beef tartare was the best I've ever had -- and I've tried many. Most beef tartares taste too beef-y and are just bland overall - this was multi dimensional and different textures with the focaccia. The clam/seafood pasta and pizza were delicious. The caesar salad was one of the best ceasar salads I've ever had and I consider myself a caesar aficionado :) I make it a point to try it at almost every restaurant that offers it on the menu. The anchovies were subtle (not pungent like most) and almost creamy. Everything was well done - from appetizers to main courses to dessert. Such a dreamy dinner. read more
