This is the current quality of work we have experienced using RNALDI Flooring after only having the floors installed for less than 60 days. These are but a few of the locations in our home. As they continue to make excuses and try to escape responsibility for the flooring they installed, we are left with our home in this condition. I strongly discourage anyone from hiring them for their flooring needs. Update: Ricardo Naldi and his crew came to our home, invited by a company performing the demolition, and made a bid on the flooring installation. They were paid directly (total of $12943) for installing the hardwood, applying the vapor barrier and applying the glue. As evidenced in one of the pictures is the final payment for flooring installed, made out to RNALDI LLC. They can continue to try and blame the demo company (A-1 Josue Quality Remodeling) for RNALDI's failure to perform a moisture test, their failure to apply the correct moisture barrier, their failure to leave a sufficient gap and their failure to apply the correct glue down. The facts, as supported by phone records and conversations have proven and will prove otherwise as this progresses. Ulysses can continue to try and mislead people who read these reviews, but I am somewhat certain he doesn't want the text messages to come out where they acknowledge involvement in this installation or have to explain why he sent members of the same crew to remove some of the flooring. I would caution though against labeling things, and making accusations of unfairness and misleading. All of these statements are part of the public record now. read more
