As always, I texted Arlette, the genuine and gentle person, to see if she was able to braid my hair the next day. She was able to provide me with a 9 am slot. The braiding salon is very spiritually vibed with Christian worship played on the tv. Its clean and very inviting. Arlette is very creative and can free style a hair style or provide with a pictured style as shown. She has braided my hair on many occasions for the last 2 years. And this time was not any different than others. I of course came in with a vision without a picture. I wanted my hair small/medium spaced out feedins into a slight mohawk more towards the back to be able to place in a ponytail if desired. With my edges being thin and fragile I also requested for the braids to start a certain pattern/way. Of course Arlette took the vision and executed with ease. I left the chair with smiles. Also if the braids are too tight dont wait until its all done let her know as she is braiding so that they can be adjusted. She is a very easy going and customer service driven Christian styler.
